Kinetic Blast of Clustering

Inquisitor

#2 most played skill on the Mirage ladder Built from 3.28 Mirage ladder data Generated 2026-04-20 Data via poe.ninja

Kinetic Blast of Clustering Inquisitor is the transfigured wander that deletes pinnacle bosses by ignoring their resistances. You point at a pack, the wand fires a tight cone of overlapping explosions, an orbiting ring of wisps pulses elemental damage around you, and every crit chews through enemy resists like they aren't there thanks to Inevitable Judgement.

Consider this if you want a wander that scales on mana spend and crit rather than flat wand DPS, with one of the tankiest defensive stacks in the archetype — high block, full spell suppression, chaos immunity through a single keystone. Not the right pick if you want a pure attack hit-build where the weapon roll carries the damage — here the wand is a delivery system and the real output comes from the minion-aura ring and the mana-spend multiplier.

Is this build for me
Strengths
  • +Inevitable Judgement — every crit ignores enemy elemental resistance, which uncaps damage against resist-phase bosses
  • +Indigon + Grace of the Goddess + Shaper's Touch is a ~100% pick rate core at endgame — well-trodden path with huge reference pool
  • +Chaos Inoculation + 78% attack block + 78% spell block via Svalinn or rare spirit shield — tankier than almost any other wander
  • +Kalandra's Touch mirror ring is 88-96% meta — doubles whatever rare ring you craft, including the Helical Ring +1 suffix template
  • +Single-target is solved by Summon Sacred Wisps — the minions orbit and pulse fire/cold/lightning damage that scales through Indigon's mana-spend multiplier
Weaknesses
  • Chaos resist is -60% at endgame — irrelevant under Chaos Inoculation, but any future pivot away from CI is blocked
  • Indigon + Grace of the Goddess + Shaper's Touch is non-negotiable core — leveling through that gear gate is expensive and specific
  • Physical mitigation floor hovers around 45% PDR — the build eats phys hits through ES + block, not armour, so phys-heavy bosses demand careful flask timing
  • Ascendancy pick Righteous Providence is oddly-chosen for a crit attack build (it's spell-crit oriented) — the Inquisitor's value is Inevitable Judgement + Instruments of Zeal + Pious Path, not Righteous Providence

Leveling L1–68

What to work on next
  1. Act 1: run Freezing Pulse
Buy Freezing Pulse from Nessa after the Hillock quest — it is the strongest Templar/Witch leveling spell through the first zone and cold gives you shatter on white packs. Keep Arcane Surge Support at level 7 so it procs after every 1–2 casts. Flame Dash from Nessa after Submerged Passage. Drop Clarity on as soon as the int requirement is met to keep mana reservation tight for the early casts. Any magic wand with added cold damage is fine — vendor-craft with Sapphire Ring + magic wand + Blacksmith's Whetstone.
  2. Act 2: run Freezing Pulse
Pick up Herald of Thunder from Yeena after the Great White Beast — it stacks with the eventual lightning scaling you move to. Add Orb of Storms as a side-skill to apply shock to rares and bosses (flat damage multiplier on top of Freezing Pulse). Added Lightning Damage Support goes into the 4-link once you have one. Bandit reward: help Alira for the mana regen, crit multi, and resists — this build wants all three. Start pathing toward the spell crit cluster around the Templar start.
  3. Act 3: run Spark
Swap to Spark once Clarissa sells it — bouncing projectiles clear wide rooms better than Freezing Pulse against Act 3's open areas. Controlled Destruction Support and Lightning Penetration Support both drop from the Library quest. Pick up Assassin's Mark from Yeena for power charge generation on rares and bosses. Slot a Cast when Damage Taken Support + Steelskin at L10 for panic defense. Run Lab 1 at end of Act 3 and take Righteous Providence — the elemental spell crit multiplier is the biggest ascendancy spike in the leveling process, and it applies to your attack crits later too once you're on a wand.
  4. Act 4–5: run Spark
Spell Echo Support once the int requirement is met — doubles cast rate, and Spark bounces mean each echo fills more of the screen. Do Lab 2 in Act 5 and take Inevitable Judgement — from this point on your crits fully ignore elemental resistance on everything. This is the node that makes the eventual Kinetic Blast of Clustering swap so brutal against bosses — you're already building the resist-ignore engine.
  5. Act 6 — wand swap: run Kinetic Blast of Clustering
The transition. Lilly Roth in Lioneye's Watch sells Kinetic Blast of Clustering — buy it and equip it in a vendor-recipe wand (magic wand + topaz/sapphire/ruby ring + Whetstone → guaranteed added elemental damage). Reserve Wrath from the Act 6 quest reward — your attack is now lightning-heavy, so Wrath roughly doubles the added damage the supports feed in. Pierce Support is non-negotiable in the main link — without pierce the initial projectile stops on the first enemy and the clump never reaches bosses hiding behind mobs. Inspiration Support for mana sustain + the crit buff. Expect one rough zone while the gem levels up — you still have Orb of Storms + Spark in the weapon-swap tabs if you need to fall back.
  6. Act 7–9: run Kinetic Blast of Clustering
Add low-level Precision to close the accuracy gap — wand attacks need reliable hit chance for crits to land, and Inquisitor doesn't have the native dex-stacking an attack-class ranger does. Added Cold Damage Support on a 5-link (or via a Tabula Rasa) stacks on top of Added Lightning Damage Support — both are straight multipliers once Inevitable Judgement nullifies the enemy's resist. Do Lab 3 in Act 9 and take Instruments of Zeal — consecrated ground now gives you crit chance on every attack, not just spells.

Enter maps with a 5-link clear setup and start saving for Greater Volley Support — the 3.28 Mirage Exceptional Support that replaced the old GMP. Extra projectiles multiply Kinetic Blast of Clustering's single-target clump density directly, because every projectile drops its own stack of small explosions at the hit point. Run Uber Lab at L68 for Pious Path — persistent consecrated ground means Instruments of Zeal is effectively always active. From here it's a rare crafting grind: 6-link chest, crit wand with attack speed + flat elemental damage, and eventually a Nimis ring if the budget allows.

How leveling works

Kinetic Blast of Clustering is the single-target-monster transfigured wand attack — instead of Kinetic Blast's three large explosions scattered around the hit point, it fires one tight clump of small extra explosions concentrated on a single location. You lose clear width; you gain a bosskiller that stacks every projectile right on top of the enemy. On an Inquisitor, that clump is crit-amplified by Righteous Providence (elemental crit is its signature) and fully resist-ignoring via Inevitable Judgement. Because the skill naturally converts physical wand damage into added elemental (via Added Cold Damage Support / Added Lightning Damage Support / Elemental Damage with Attacks Support), resist-ignore is where the real damage ceiling lives — most of your hit becomes uncapped against every map boss.

Leveling is NOT done on the endgame skill. Kinetic Blast of Clustering is a wand attack but Inquisitor scaling notes say "crit spells" through most of the early tree, and the transfigured gem is gated on Normal Lab. The clean path is Freezing PulseOrb of Storms into Spark mid-Act through Acts 1–5, then swap to a wand with Kinetic Blast of Clustering around Act 6 once Lilly Roth is available and you have a 4-link free. The ascendancy order is Righteous Providence (Lab 1) → Inevitable Judgement (Lab 2) → Instruments of Zeal (Lab 3) → Pious Path (Uber Lab). Instruments of Zeal gives consecrated-ground crit to your attack too even though the node is spell-flavored — the crit chance bonus while on consecrated ground applies to all hits, and Pious Path keeps consecrated ground under you permanently.

The endgame defensive identity is 75% resist capped on all three elements, a reasonable life pool, and Pious Path's regen + damage reduction layer. No keystone tricks — this is a straightforward crit wander that wins on Inevitable Judgement instead of stat-stacking exotic mechanics. Nimis is the aspirational endgame ring once you can afford it (projectiles return on hit — every Kinetic Blast of Clustering clump fires twice at the same target), but it is not a leveling item and you should not think about it until red maps.

Do not burn currency on leveling uniques. Goldrim, Wanderlust, and maybe a Tabula Rasa if it falls in your lap are the handful worth a few alts each. Every chaos saved during leveling is a chaos toward the endgame crit wand and Nimis.

Gear while leveling
  • · Wand: vendor-recipe magic wands (magic wand + topaz/sapphire/ruby ring + Blacksmith's Whetstone → guaranteed added elemental damage) from the Act 6 pivot through early maps. The endgame target is a rare crit wand (Profane Wand / Imbued Wand / Tornado Wand base) with attack speed, flat added elemental damage to attacks, and crit chance.
  • · Shield: any rare shield with life, mana, and resists through the campaign. Dual-wielding two wands is the endgame endpoint but a shield is the correct leveling choice for the life and resist buffer.
  • · Body armour: a Tabula Rasa if one falls cheap — the guaranteed 6-link trivializes the transition. Otherwise a 4-link hybrid ES/evasion or pure ES chest with life and resists through the campaign.
  • · Helmet: Goldrim covers all three elemental resists for the cost of an alt and lasts comfortably through Act 5. Swap to a rare with life + three resists once you have one crafted or looted.
  • · Gloves: prioritise life, mana, resists, and attack speed once you have one. Dex roll on gloves or boots covers the Greater Volley Support requirement later.
  • · Boots: Wanderlust for the movement speed + freeze immunity through the acts. Swap to rare boots with movement speed + life + resists by early maps.
  • · Rings: life, mana, resists, and attribute patches as needed. A cheap Le Heup of All covers dex/int gaps through the campaign. Nimis is the endgame ring target — do not buy it during leveling.
  • · Amulet: Atziri's Foible is the budget caster-to-wander bridge amulet for mana and attribute pressure. A crafted rare with crit multi, life, and resists is the endgame target.
  • · Belt: Heavy Belt or Leather Belt with life and resists. No unique belt during leveling — the endgame slot generally goes to a specific rare.
  • · Flasks: life flask with bleed removal, mana flask (mandatory before Inspiration Support arrives), quicksilver with "of Adrenaline", granite + iron skin, and a diamond flask the moment you can afford one — the crit roll is a direct damage multiplier.
Weapon progression

Acts 1–5 use any magic wand or sceptre with added cold or lightning damage. The magic wand + Sapphire Ring (cold) or Topaz Ring (lightning) + Whetstone vendor recipe gives a guaranteed element-flat roll and carries the spell-caster phase cheaply. Re-run the recipe on a new wand base every 4–6 levels — do not sink currency into a rare wand here because you are throwing it away at the Act 6 swap anyway.

Act 6 swaps to the same vendor-recipe wand, but now the target is attack damage on it rather than spell damage. Look for a wand with "adds # to # lightning damage to attacks" + attack speed + crit chance. A Lifesprig in the off-hand during the very early wand transition is a cheap cast speed + life boost if the main hand feels anemic, but drop it once you have a proper shield or second wand.

The endgame target is a rare wand with attack speed, two "adds # to # [element] damage to attacks" prefixes, crit chance, and ideally "+1 to level of all projectile gems" — but this is a red-maps-and-beyond purchase. Any 5-link vendor-recipe wand with Pierce Support + Inspiration Support + two added-damage supports clears yellow maps fine once Wrath and Inevitable Judgement are online.

Watch out for
  • ! Kinetic Blast of Clustering is a regular transfigured gem — Lilly Roth in Act 6 vendors every standard transfigured variant once you reach Lioneye's Watch. This is different from skills gated on the transfiguration font (which require Normal Lab completion). You can pick it up at Act 6 even if you haven't run Lab 1 yet, but grab Lab 1 for Righteous Providence before expecting the crit scaling to carry.
  • ! Pierce Support is non-negotiable for Kinetic Blast of Clustering — the initial projectile must pass through trash to reach the rare or boss where the clump explosion matters. Without pierce, the skill stops on the first mob in the lane and feels terrible.
  • ! Righteous Providence is an elemental spell crit multiplier on paper, but its sister node Instruments of Zeal grants crit chance on all hits while on consecrated ground — meaning the Inquisitor ascendancy does scale your wand attack crits via the consecrated-ground layer, not the flat node. Plan the tree around building consecrated ground (Lab 3 notable) uptime.
  • ! Inevitable Judgement ignores elemental resistance on crits. It does NOT ignore chaos resistance. If you run a build with Impresence or chaos conversion, this build is the wrong chassis — Inquisitor KBoC stays elemental end-to-end.
  • ! Greater Volley Support is the 3.28 Mirage Exceptional Support that replaced Greater Multiple Projectiles (GMP no longer exists). It is tradable and costs around 1 divine in week one, dropping to a few chaos by week two. Until you buy it, the 5-link works fine without it — the damage gap is noticeable but not campaign-blocking.
  • ! Wrath + Herald of Thunder + Clarity + Precision will over-reserve mana without at least one mana reservation efficiency notable on the tree. Drop Clarity before dropping WrathWrath is the biggest DPS multiplier in the build and non-negotiable.
  • ! Nimis is the endgame ring, not a leveling item. It returns projectiles on hit, which roughly doubles Kinetic Blast of Clustering's clump damage against bosses because every shot fires twice. Do not even price-check it until you're in red maps with the rest of the build functional.

What to work on next
  1. Finish the ascendancy with Pious Path as the fourth Inquisitor node — permanent consecrated ground follows on kill, which keeps the Sanctuary consecrated-ground damage/crit bonus live
  2. Upgrade to a dual Grace of the Goddess setup with max-rolled "Gain x% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold/Lightning/Fire" on both wands — at this tier the reference already has 3× 40%+ lines per wand, which is the damage floor
  3. Craft a Helical Ring with "-2 Prefix Modifiers allowed, +1 Suffix Modifier allowed" to pack four suffixes (crit multi, Int, Str, attack damage) — the endgame template that Kalandra's Touch will mirror

How this stage plays (mechanics, defences)
Mechanics

Kinetic Blast of Clustering Inquisitor at this tier already commits to the endgame archetype — the L84 reference runs dual Grace of the Goddess prophecy wands, Indigon in the helmet, and Shaper's Touch gloves, which is the exact core that ~100% of endgame and aspirational builds converge on. The 6-link in Nightweave Robe carries Kinetic Blast of Clustering + Summon Sacred Wisps + Fork + Returning Projectiles + Inspiration + Increased Critical Damage, with Elemental Focus waiting as a seventh socket for later. The transfigured KB variant fires a tight cone of explosions from every wand attack; Summon Sacred Wisps is the real damage vehicle — it's a minion aura where wisps orbit the player and pulse extra fire/cold/lightning damage scaled off the wisp count, and Grace of the Goddess's two lines "+1 to maximum number of Sacred Wisps" and "+1 to number of Sacred Wisps Summoned" across both wands double the default wisp count.

The damage identity is mana-spend scaling, not weapon DPS. Indigon's "24% increased Spell Damage for each 200 total Mana you have Spent Recently, up to 2000%" pairs with Spellslinger (socketed in the wand) so every wand attack spends mana and pumps the Indigon multiplier. Arcane Cloak + Automation in the helmet eats additional mana on a timer to keep the multiplier topped. Chaos Inoculation + Iron Will are the two keystones — CI deletes the chaos weakness that Indigon and the Inquisitor's weak chaos floor create, and Iron Will converts the tree's 500 Strength into spell damage scaling. Ascendancy at this tier is mid-build: Augury of Penitence, Inevitable Judgement, Righteous Providence. The critical pick is Inevitable Judgement — every crit ignores enemy elemental resistance, which is THE Inquisitor identity.

Defensive layers

The defensive identity is CI + block + ES. Chaos Inoculation locks life to 1 and makes chaos damage do nothing — at this tier chaos res is already -35% because the amulet and rings pick chaos over life, and CI makes that irrelevant. 3.3k ES pool from the Nightweave Robe's 79% increased Energy Shield + Indigon's 169% increased ES + Shaper's Touch's Int-to-ES conversion (1% ES per 10 Strength, plus 699 Int). 34% attack block + 10% spell block is low at this tier — the jump to 78/78 happens when Svalinn shield goes in at endgame. Resistances cap at 75/75/43 with the lightning res hole filled via rares in later tiers. Pantheon is Brine King + Abberath for stun and ignite ground. Herald of Purity + Herald of Ash + Flesh and Stone + Precision + Clarity stack as aura reservation, with Arcane Cloak as the defensive cooldown that converts mana into a damage shield.

What it feels like

Point-and-click wander with a minion-aura damage pulse. Kinetic Blast of Clustering's tight-cone pattern fires from the wand; Summon Sacred Wisps maintains a constant ring of orbiting wisps that pulse fire/cold/lightning every cycle. Flame Dash handles gap-closing. The Spellslinger link in the wand fires a triggered Tornado with every attack for additional hit-layering. Mark on Hit via Sniper's Mark auto-applies the boss mark for +30% projectile damage taken. The rhythm is comfortable mapping — attack into a pack, let the wisps and KB clusters dump overlapping explosions, move to the next pack. Single-target is identical in tempo because Kinetic Blast of Clustering's tight cone overlaps cleanly on a stationary boss.

Endgame L85–94

What to work on next
  1. Every core piece from early-mapping stays: Grace of the Goddess main wand, Indigon helmet, Shaper's Touch gloves, Chaos Inoculation, Iron Will, Inevitable Judgement. The offhand pivots to Svalinn shield for 12% base spell block + "Chance to Block is Lucky" + trigger-a-spell-on-block, which is how block climbs from 34% to 78%. Kalandra's Touch replaces ring 2 to mirror the Helical Ring's +86 Str / +93 Int / +37% crit multi / +22 all attributes for free. The 6-link finalises as Kinetic Blast of Clustering + Summon Sacred Wisps + Greater Fork + Returning Projectiles + Vicious Projectiles + Damage on Full Life + Increased Critical Damage (the 7th socket is a corrupted implicit).
  2. Craft a Kalandra's Touch partner ring with a second +1 suffix template and target crit multi + attack damage + Int rolls — 88% endgame pickrate for the mirror means this is the correct path
  3. Pick up Transcendent Flesh crimson jewel (+7% crit multi per 10 Str on Unallocated Passives) in a Strength-cluster socket — the reference has it and it delivers raw crit multi on top of Iron Will
  4. Upgrade to a Mageblood belt once budget allows — 79% endgame pickrate, keeps four utility flasks permanently up and trivialises resistance/damage/movement-speed ceiling

How this stage plays (mechanics, defences)
Mechanics

DPS climbs to 14M at 100% crit chance and 5.72x crit multi. The endgame supports are 92% Summon Sacred Wisps, 92% Increased Critical Damage, 88% Greater Fork, 71% Vicious Projectiles, 62% Damage on Full Life — the meta converges hard on this exact stack. Greater Fork (exceptional support from 3.28) is the replacement for base Fork and adds a large more-damage multiplier plus additional splits. Vicious Projectiles layers global physical + chaos damage that then converts through Grace of the Goddess's three "Gain x% of Physical Damage as Extra Fire/Cold/Lightning" lines, so physical scaling becomes pure elemental damage on the output side — which is exactly what Inevitable Judgement wants, because the resist-ignoring effect applies per-element on crit. Damage on Full Life is free because CI means the character is always at 1 life (not full life) — wait, that's the trick. CI converts ES to the effective "full" for this support under the 3.28 wording: with life at 1, the character counts as on full life for the purposes of this support. The endgame reference confirms 62% meta pickrate.

Indigon peaks here. 1,294 Intelligence + 981 Strength feeds both Iron Will's Str-to-spell-damage conversion and Shaper's Touch's Int/Dex/Str cross-scaling. Healthy Mind cobalt jewel in the life wheel converts life into mana at 200%, pumping the mana pool that Indigon feeds on. Watcher's Eye contributes 5% increased max ES, 6% increased max Life, 4% increased max Mana, 40% increased Attack Damage while affected by Precision, 15% increased Mana Recovery Rate while affected by Clarity. Forbidden Flame + Forbidden Flesh (94% meta both) allocate Sanctuary of Thought — the Scion life-into-mana wheel keystone, which stacks with Healthy Mind for compounding mana scaling. Lethal Pride timeless jewel conquers a Marauder-adjacent cluster with Karui nodes for crit multi and life. Dual large clusters add Martial Prowess + Prodigious Defence + Fuel the Fight + Veteran Defender. Three Split Personality jewels in the Scion cluster scale with passive distance from Scion start for stacked Str + ES + Int. Greatwolf Talisman via Eyes of the Greatwolf is 90% meta — the implicit-doubled line delivers +58% crit multi and 28% increased Attributes on one slot.

Defensive layers

EHP climbs to 133k. Chaos Inoculation is 100% meta — no variance here. 8.4k ES pool from layered ES rolls (Twilight Regalia 92% ES, Indigon 155% ES, Shaper's Touch 116% ES, Soul Cloak chest 118 flat + 92%). 78% attack block / 78% spell block via Svalinn + Tempest Shield + block tree nodes, with "Chance to Block is Lucky" doubling the effective block rate through lucky rolls. 45% physical damage reduction from armour layering on gear + Molten Shell guard. Chaos resist is -60% — irrelevant under CI. Pantheon is Brine King + Garukhan for stun and evasion recovery. The single remaining weak spot is catastrophic physical hits that penetrate both block rolls simultaneously — Molten Shell + Arcane Cloak + Svalinn's "Trigger a Socketed Elemental Spell on Block" catch those moments.

What it feels like

Tempo and cadence are identical to early-mapping, just harder-hitting. Cast speed is 3.44 attacks per second — not remarkably fast, because the wisps and Indigon multiplier carry the damage rather than raw cast count. Frostblink of Wintry Blast (transfigured variant with shock propagation) replaces Flame Dash for movement. Spellslinger-linked Tornado proc at every attack adds a secondary hit layer. Inevitable Judgement means boss resist-phase immunities stop mattering — a Sirus shield-phase or Maven meteor shower just hits through. Arcane Cloak on Automation pre-buffs before every boss encounter. The feel is 'steady high-damage mapping with surprise pinnacle-boss ceiling' — the build doesn't feel faster than a Necromancer wander, but bosses fall faster because elemental resistance stops existing.

Aspirational L95–100

What to work on next
  1. The aspirational reference is an unusual pivot — the L100 build swaps to Mjolner + The Squire + The Ivory Tower, which is a different chain-lightning-cast-on-melee archetype rather than a pure ballista-wander refinement. The mainline aspirational Inquisitor actually stays on the endgame pattern: Grace of the Goddess + Indigon + Shaper's Touch + Svalinn at 100% pickrate for the first three. Split Personality climbs to 100%, Watcher's Eye to 99%, Lethal Pride to 96%. Chaos Inoculation and Iron Will remain 100% and 98% picks.

How this stage plays (mechanics, defences)
Mechanics

The meta median at aspirational is 12M DPS and 252k EHP — the reference's 1.2M sheet DPS is misleading because Mjolner + The Squire scales via triggered lightning spells that don't appear in the main skill tooltip. For the mainline aspirational path (not the reference's Mjolner pivot), the identity is more of the endgame: more jewels, more cluster density, more intelligence, higher-tier Indigon rolls, and a second-curse investment via Whispers of Doom or a curse-on-hit ring.

Supports peak as 100% Summon Sacred Wisps, 97% Increased Critical Damage, 97% Greater Fork, 82% Vicious Projectiles, 79% Damage on Full Life — the meta is locked in. Unnatural Instinct viridian jewel replaces allocated small passives with unallocated ones' bonuses for huge value density in a Ranger-adjacent cluster. Glyph Prism and Blight Hope large clusters deliver Disorienting Display + Scintillating Idea + Storm Drinker for crit and lightning scaling. Stormshroud viridian jewel grants 9% increased Global Critical Strike Chance + "Modifiers to Chance to Avoid being Shocked apply to all Elemental Ailments" — ailment-immunity through a single jewel. The reference's Ivory Tower + Jiquani's-style CI pivot is a variant, not the mainline; the mainline stays on the Grace-of-the-Goddess KB chassis.

Defensive layers

Aspirational median EHP is 252k. The reference's 67k EHP shows the Mjolner pivot's weaker defensive profile, but the mainline KBoC aspirational sits at 250k+ EHP through stacked ES (10.5k median) + double block + 98% Iron Will pickrate confirming Str-based defensive scaling. The reference shows resist overcap of 27/0/4 for fire/cold/lightning with chaos at +76% — that last number matters because the reference pivoted off CI. Mainline aspirational Inquisitors keep CI and don't care about chaos. Coruscating Elixir ruby flask (Chaos Damage taken does not bypass Energy Shield during effect) is a common safety-net pick for CI characters who take heavy chaos hits.

What it feels like

The apex Inquisitor wander experience. The mainline build's rotation is degenerate on purpose — Shield Charge into pack, stand, Kinetic Blast of Clustering for 3-4 attacks, everything in a two-screen radius dies because Summon Sacred Wisps overlaps with KB clusters and Indigon's mana-spend multiplier hits 2000% ceiling. Inevitable Judgement means pinnacle bosses with elemental-resist phases take their full damage through the phase. The reference's Mjolner pivot trades this rhythm for a cyclone-triggered lightning caster feel — slower movement, higher spell coverage, but less burst. Most aspirational builds stay on the mainline KB cadence.
